About Me

I'm a Wife
My amazing husband Cory and I started dating in 2013 and married in 2017. We met while working in the oil and gas industry in Colorado and later moved to Idaho to start our family.

I'm a CEO
I believe everyone deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and healthy in their bodies. This belief led me to create Non-Negotiable Living. If a busy mom can achieve this, then anyone can!

I'm a Mom
My kids are my driving force. Everything I do is for them. They are my greatest blessings, and my goal is to be the best version of myself each day so I can provide them with everything they need.

2008
Completed a degree in fitness training and human performance and got certified by the ACSM and the NASM as a personal trainer.
2012
Completed my IMBA with concentrations in foreign language and foreign affairs from he University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
2011
Completed a dual bachelors degree in psychology and business from the University of Denver.
2023
Completed my certification as a life coach through the JSCS.
